Instructions to Pay and availing of services by Candidates


   
  Process common to all types of Payment mode:

a) In the services page, Enter the username and password, if you are already a registered user. If you are not a registered user, select the power sign-up option and register yourself as a user. If you are a registered user, and have forgotten your user ID details, please select “Forgotten Username / password” to get the details

b) In the services page, Choose the services you wish to use by checking the check box. The system will automatically compute the amount which will need to be authorized by you to pay by card transaction

c) Please read the terms of use. If you agree to the terms, please select Accept, in which case you will be allowed to proceed. If you decline to agree to the terms, you will not be allowed to use the services

 
     
     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Payment mode : Retail Card
 
a) Retail cards are available for various services at various centers. Buy the retail card, based on the service you wish to avail

b) Anytime after 24 hours of retail card purchase, visit www.zapyourcv.com registration web page (if you are first time user and not already registered with ZapYourCv.com previously. Enter your personal details as required / mentioned in the registration web page. Upload your CV.

c)
CHECK / TICK the retail card status

d) From the Retail Card that you have purchased Enter the Retail Card Code

e) Enter User name and password from the scratchable portion of Retail Card

f) Confirm this transaction and if the details that you have entered is correct, it will lead you to Services web page. Select the service as indicated in the Retail Card that you have bought.

g) Confirm the details by clicking the Confirm / Proceed to pay button

h) The system will generate a transaction order ID and the same will be sent to you by email.

i) In case you have already registered, log-in to your account and visit the Services Web page

j) Select the service as indicated in the Retail Card that you have bought.

k) Follow steps mentioned in
serial c, d, e, g above.

l) The system will generate a transaction order ID and the same will be sent to you by email.

m) The services that you have chosen will be fulfilled within 3 working days of your registration.

n) For assistance send email to support AT ZapYourCV DOT com clearly mentioning Retail Card Code, Username, Password and Service as mentioned in the Retail Card that you have purchased
 









 

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
Payment mode : Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
 
a) After selecting the service, select the appropriate payment mode (Credit Card online)

b) Click Process to Pay Proceed button

c) You will be taken to ccavenue.com payment gateway

d) Enter your particulars and card information

e) Confirm transaction

f) If the payment transaction is successful, Email will be sent to you instantly about transaction ID and amount of the transaction.

g) Upon successful payment receipt, the services you have chosen will be fulfilled within 3 business days.

h) If the payment transaction is declined, the same will also be communicated to you by email

Payment mode : Cheque / Drafts (ABB - Any Where Branch Banking) – Applicable only for payments by Present Residents of India
 
a) Please draw the Cheque / Draft (Payable at Local City where you reside in India) in the name of “ZapYourCV.com”. The value of Cheque / Draft need to be drawn based on the type of service you are selecting.

b) Select the appropriate payment mode (ABB)

c) Log-in to your account at ZapYourCV.com, select the correct service and enter the Cheque / Draft Number, Date, Drawn on (Mention Name of Bank) and Payable at (Mention City where you are residing)

d) Confirm the details by clicking the Confirm / Proceed to pay button

e) The system will generate a transaction order ID and the same will be sent to you by email.

f) Send an email to support AT ZapYourCV DOT com mentioning in the email subject - Instrument Number, Date and Transaction id (separated by Comma)

g) Visit the nearest
Corporation Bank branch and ask for Anywhere Branch Banking (ABB) Customer Record Details Pay-in slip. Locate the Corporation Bank Nearest to you at http://www.corpbank.com/asp/branchLocator.asp?presentID=76 or visit www.corpbank.com for additional information

h) Fill the following details :
Beneficiary Name :
ZapYourCV.com, Branch: Nanganallur, Chennai, Branch Code : 779, Account Type : CBCA, Account Number : 54

i) The payment usually gets realized within 4 working days.

j) After realization of the payment the services that you have chosen will be fulfilled within 3 working days.

k) You will receive an email confirming service fulfillment.

Payment mode : Cheque / Drafts (Sent by Candidate by post / mail / courier)
  a) Please draw the Cheque / Draft (Payable at CHENNAI) in the name of “ZapYourCV.com”. The value of Cheque / Draft need to be drawn based on the type of service you are selecting + Rs 50 (Rupees Fifty Only) towards handling charges. For example if the Value of Service is Rs 399, the instrument value will be Rs 399 + Rs 50 = Rs 449.

b ) Select the appropriate payment mode (Cheque / Draft by Courier)

c ) Log-in to your account at ZapYourCV.com, select the correct service and enter the Cheque / Draft Number, Date, Drawn on (Mention Name of Bank) and Payable at (
CHENNAI)

d ) Confirm the details by clicking the Confirm / Proceed to pay button

e ) The system will generate a transaction order ID and the same will be sent to you by email.

f ) Send an email to support AT ZapYourCV DOT com mentioning in the email subject - Instrument Number, Date and Transaction order id (separated by Comma)

g ) Mention the transaction order id and your email id registered at ZapYourCV.com at the reverse of the instrument and send the same to ZapYourCV.Com, Apoorva Towers, 2nd Floor, East View Suite,
New # 94 Velachery Road, Little Mount, Saidapet, Chennai : 600 015.

h ) Upon receipt of your Cheque / Draft, you will receive an intimation about document receipt.

i ) If cheque / draft comes under local clearing, the payment will be realized in 3 working days. If it is India outstation clearing cheque / draft, the payment will be realized in 15 working days. If it is an international cheque / draft, the payment will be realized in about 6 weeks.

j ) After realization of the payment the services that you have chosen will be fulfilled within 3 working days.

k ) You will receive an email confirming service fulfillment.
